Review: American Mall

The movie itself really reminds me of the High School movies but with a special twist. Throughout the movie I couldn't help but notice the chemistry between the main characters. Nina Dobrev really shined in this film, when compared to her most known role as Degrassi's high school mama, Mia, she really outdoes herself and lets her audience know, theirs more to her than meets the eyes. One major aspect of the film was the music, while not every song deserves attention, the song, Survivor, by Nina is most definitely my favorite from the movie, the emo/rock/pop influence really showcased her skill. Overall I give the movie a '+' and recommend it for those who enjoyed High School Musical & Camp Rock!
